At Treehouse Toys, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, from your first click to a worry-free return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
